Wave Copper Cuff
Our cuffs are made from heavy gauge square copper wire which is approximately 3/8" square. The wire is textured, and patina is added to highlight the texturing. After that, we hand-shape the wire into a curve resembling a wave, then we shape the wire into an oval and slightly roll the edges outward for ease of putting on and taking off your cuff.

Copper History: Copper tools and decorative items were discovered and dated by archeologists back to 10,000 years ago! The name Cyprus is a derivative of Kúpros, which the Greeks called the island, and means cuprous, synonymous with copper. Copper production can be dated to the fourth millennium BC, when it was used to make tools. The people of ancient Cyprus were known for their metalworking skills.
Not so much copper history but I must say, I love copper! Over time, your cuff with naturally patina into almost a chocolate copper color and it is very striking.
