Women's Stamped Copper & Leather Bracelet with Magnetic Clasp
Our Sedona Western Collection was designed at the suggestion of our niece, Stephani, who is a barrel racer - cowgirl through and through! Steph gave me the design ideas (as I'm not so much a cowgirl), and I ran with her ideas. We hope you find the perfect copper bracelet and matching ring, earrings and necklaces that fit your style! Or maybe you'd like an accent bracelet, another piece of copper but something neutral. We got you covered. Check out our copper cuffs and bracelets both with and without semi-precious stones. You will see some of our copper bracelets don't look like they are copper as they are very colorful. We apply colored ink to our copper to create these beautiful pieces.
If copper turns your skin green or black, there is an easy solution to prevent this. All you need to do is apply a thin coat of clear fingernail polish to the back of the copper components on your bracelet. This creates a barrier between your skin and the copper. This will eventually wear off and then you can reapply the polish. This discoloration on your skin is caused from moisture from your skin. Copper reacts to moister, whether from your skin or the air so it is effectively "tarnishing" your skin (although it washes off very easily). The moisture from the air (and your skin) is why copper tarnishes. For this reason, you might want to store your copper jewelry in plastic bags to greatly decrease tarnishing.
